Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luizão Vargas made the kick off which started today's match. Davi Lago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tupi EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Osvaldo Sena scored to the left of an out of position Yan Loyola, making the score, 1-0. Leandro Guedes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lenílson de Alcântara in the 10th minute of the match. After 11 played minutes Guacupi FC got a freekick which was hit by Davi Lago. Luizão Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yan Loyola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luizão Vargas in the 16th minute. Luizão Vargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yan Loyola having to interfere. Osvaldo Sena succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 23rd playminute. If Antônio Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilson Brasil scored 2-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leandro Guedes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Luizão Vargas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yan Loyola was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Tupi EC's zone, Wilian Saldanha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yan Loyola came out of the goal and Wilian Saldanha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luizão Vargas in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yan Loyola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44thth minute of the game Wilian Saldanha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tupi EC's Yan Loyola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 46th minute of the match, Luizão Vargas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yan Loyola saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Antônio Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Luizão Vargas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yan Loyola having to make a save. Tupi EC's Yan Loyola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Sena in the 59th minute of play. Davi Lago's late challenge caught a Tupi EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Davi Lago helped the player get up and apologised. After 60 played minutes Guacupi FC got a freekick which was hit by Davi Lago. Lenílson Sergipano hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Tupi EC's goalie and right to Wilian Saldanha. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Tupi EC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Luizão Vargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yan Loyola having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilian Saldanha in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yan Loyola saved Tupi EC from getting behind. Armando Tróia scored 3-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leandro Guedes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lenílson de Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Tupi EC's goal looked a bit too open when Luizão Vargas came free, but Yan Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antônio Abraão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Guacupi FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
