Marcelo Corrêa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Dream FC. 4 minutes into the game, Eusébio Pinheiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Dream FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guzolândia FC the free kick. A collision led to Red Dream FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Eusébio Pinheiro hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clemente Prata during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 7 played minutes Guzolândia FC got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Prata. Gabriel Corrêa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Marcelo Corrêa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Guzolândia FC's zone, Gabriel Corrêa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Corrêa came out of the goal and Gabriel Corrêa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Corrêa in the 15th minute of play forced Guzolândia FC's goalkeeper Marcelo Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Léo Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Otávio Tinoco in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ronaldo Queiroz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marcelo Corrêa came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Red Dream FC's Gabriel Corrêa. But to his dismay, Gabriel Corrêa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 30th match minute, Guzolândia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ediberto Custódio to maneuver through the defense. When Red Dream FC's Lauro Quirino in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guzolândia FC's goalie prevented a goal. Dito Rosa charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dito Rosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Guzolândia FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Dito Rosa hit a great ball. Gabriel Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Marcelo Corrêa came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Red Dream FC's Eusébio Pinheiro. But to his dismay, Eusébio Pinheiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. If Lauro Quirino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Red Dream FC booed when Guzolândia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Luís Macedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 played minutes Red Dream FC got a freekick which was hit by Gualter Toscano. A collision led to Red Dream FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Clemente de Moraes hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Red Dream FC's goal looked a bit too open when Otávio Tinoco came free, but Ronaldo Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Corrêa got free with Marcelo Corrêa in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcelo Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Pinheiro in the 86th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Léo Baptista got free with Marcelo Corrêa in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gabriel Corrêa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Marcelo Corrêa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lauro Quirino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gabriel Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Red Dream FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
