Spectators: 7321 (Terracing: 5492, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Chiquinho Meirelles kicked off to start the match. Robinho Lira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robinho Dias in the 8th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 9 minutes into the game, when Patrick Veiga put in a rough tackle. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carabucu FC! In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Traitu. Claudinei Valadares stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sebastião Pena. 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Traitu's goal looked a bit too open when Gildo Barreto came free, but Robinho Lira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafim Carneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Robinho Lira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robinho Dias in the 20th minute of the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Robinho Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carabucu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robinho Dias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Carabucu FC fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Carabucu FC's Robinho Dias looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Robinho Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Robinho Lira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Quadros's late challenge caught a Carabucu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolas Quadros helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st match minute, Traitu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Quadros to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the game, Gildo Barreto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Robinho Lira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Traitu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tião Quirino was slow to take the kick. During this time Carabucu FC's players had a chance to rest. Tião Quirino made a great header on Carabucu FC's corner, it was just that Traitu's Robinho Lira managed to reach the ball for a save. Gildo Barreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Robinho Lira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robinho Dias to make the kick off. Diguinho de Castro struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Sebastião Pena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Traitu. After 53 played minutes Traitu got a freekick which was hit by Chiquinho Meirelles. Robinho Dias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robinho Lira having to make a save. 59 minutes into the game, Elano Nunes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Traitu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carabucu FC the free kick. The supporters of Carabucu FC booed when Traitu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elano Nunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Gildo Barreto fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Robinho Lira, passed just outside the right post. 64 minutes into the match, Carabucu FC's Gildo Barreto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robinho Lira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Robinho Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carabucu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Robinho Dias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robinho Lira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Robinho Dias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robinho Lira was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. When Carabucu FC's Robinho Dias in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Traitu's goalie prevented a goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Traitu fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! Robinho Lira went to the wrong direction when Tião Quirino was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Traitu's Robinho Lira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Traitu from getting a goal against them. In the 94th minute of the match Jean Vasconcelos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robinho Lira skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gildo Barreto in the 98th minute of play forced Traitu's goalkeeper Robinho Lira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Carabucu FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Traitu.
