The supporters of Blaze of Glory F.C. booed when Saracura SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Léo do Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Augusto Moura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Travassos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Zé Augusto Moura struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Wilson Travassos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blaze of Glory F.C.. Eliézer Correia kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Marcel de Almeida's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Travassos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Carlos Fernando de Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Cafu Paiva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roberto Queirós. The goal made the score 1-0. Cafu Paiva took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roberto Queirós. Roberto Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Márcio Queirós came free with the goalkeeper in the 58th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Wilson Travassos could save by the left post. In the 59th minute Marcel de Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Travassos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fábio Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Wilson Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Blaze of Glory F.C. getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Simão Siqueira hit a great ball. Roberto Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Siqueira in the 68th minute of the match. Roberto Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cafu Paiva in the 69th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolfo Paulista got free with Wilson Travassos in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fábio Castro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Wilson Travassos made a huge save. Wilson Travassos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Paulista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcel de Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. In the 97th minute, Léo do Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcel de Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Blaze of Glory F.C. were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
