Zé Cerezo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paris São Germano FC. Arthur Gonçalves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paris São Germano FC's Beto Dracena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remo de Queirós in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Cléberson Bertassi made a precise shot to the right of Beto Dracena. Paris São Germano FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Zé Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Figueiredo in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Maragoji FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Gonçalves came free, but Zé Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandre Figueiredo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Cerezo having to make a save. After having played for 22 minutes, Kauan Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paris São Germano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kauan Melo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Arthur Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Figueiredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé Cerezo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Cléberson Bertassi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Paris São Germano FC fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Paris São Germano FC's Kauan Melo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kauan Melo to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arthur Gonçalves got free with Zé Cerezo in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zé Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arthur Gonçalves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Célio Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Beto Dracena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Paris São Germano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Remo de Queirós came free, but Beto Dracena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Cléberson Bertassi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maragoji FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Alexandre Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paris São Germano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandre Figueiredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Cerezo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emílio Vinhas in the 88th minute of play forced Paris São Germano FC's goalkeeper Beto Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cléberson Bertassi kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Célio Lara's late challenge caught a Paris São Germano FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Célio Lara helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute, Célio Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Cerezo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kauan Melo, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Paris São Germano FC played a much better game than Maragoji FC and deserved their victory. The Maragoji FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
