Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dida Bezerra took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Dida Bezerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Soul Magic FC's Dida Bezerra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gil Vaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wiliam Travassos during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nuguacu's Wiliam Travassos got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 11th play minutes Dida Bezerra shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Gil Vaz and just under the crossbar into goal. Soul Magic FC's Luiz Fernando Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Augusto Mangueira in the 14th minute of play. Gernando Cordeiro hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Nuguacu's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Dida Bezerra scored to the left of an out of position Gil Vaz, making the score, 2-0. Gil Vaz made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Silas Romero sent off a good shot on target. Silas Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Perez's late challenge caught a Nuguacu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelo Perez helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Soul Magic FC's Angelo Perez got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Luiz Fernando Bezerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Augusto Mangueira in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Zé Augusto Mangueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dida Bezerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Gil Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44thth minute of the game Dida Bezerra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nuguacu's Gil Vaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Silas Romero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gil Vaz. Nuguacu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silas Romero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Augusto Mangueira made a kick off. Angelo Perez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Gil Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Luiz Guilherme Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Dida Bezerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gil Vaz. Nuguacu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dida Bezerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Soul Magic FC's Silas Romero got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nuguacu's Gil Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dida Bezerra in the 60th minute of play. Gil Vaz came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Soul Magic FC's Silas Romero. But to his dismay, Silas Romero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silas Romero in the 68th minute of play forced Nuguacu's goalkeeper Gil Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gil Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dida Bezerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gláuber Queirós hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute Silas Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Nuguacu defense, Raí Teixeira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gil Vaz. The Nuguacu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gil Vaz should have stopped the shot. If Silas Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wiliam Travassos hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Dida Bezerra scored 7-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gil Vaz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Nuguacu's zone, Silas Romero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gil Vaz came out of the goal and Silas Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
