With his leg Nicolas Nascimento managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Iwamoto FC's Ciro Nascimento fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, E. C. Fernandes's Nicolas Nascimento got control of the ball when Ciro Nascimento tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 10th minute, Luiz Fernando Peres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iwamoto FC's Adalberto Abraão got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Iwamoto FC booed when E. C. Fernandes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fernando Peres didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Iwamoto FC's Raphael de Lima tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute of the match Sávio Furlan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolas Nascimento skillfully saved the ball. Albertinho Lago kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Sávio Furlan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iwamoto FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave E. C. Fernandes the free kick. Sávio Furlan hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Nicolas Nascimento was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adalberto Abraão showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. Mauro Vieira kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Albertinho Lago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiliam da Fonseca having to interfere. A collision led to Iwamoto FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Guga Mazza hit a great ball. 35 minutes in the game, Adalberto Abraão fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nicolas Nascimento having to interfere. When Ciro Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Iwamoto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Nascimento couldn't finish the play. If Adalberto Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Nascimento having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Adalberto Abraão made the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Nascimento didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ciro Nascimento went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Albertinho Lago took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wiliam da Fonseca. Wiliam da Fonseca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After 61 played minutes E. C. Fernandes got a freekick which was hit by Sidnei de Medeiros. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Nascimento in the 63rd minute of play forced E. C. Fernandes's goalkeeper Nicolas Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Ciro Nascimento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicolas Nascimento was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Nicolas Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adalberto Abraão in the 68th minute of the match. A collision led to E. C. Fernandes getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Luiz Fernando Peres hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Adalberto Abraão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iwamoto FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Ciro Nascimento might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicolas Nascimento. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciro Nascimento ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 81st minute, Ciro Nascimento made a precise shot to the right of Nicolas Nascimento. E. C. Fernandes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Ciro Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Nicolas Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89th play minutes Ciro Nascimento shot 6-1, a short shot which went by Nicolas Nascimento and just under the crossbar into goal. Guga Mazza hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Iwamoto FC had played much better football throughout.
