With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cauan Sabóia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cauan Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrique Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, BOSA SC's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Ortiz came free, but Cauan Sabóia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th match minute, BOSA SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davi Tróia to maneuver through the defense. Henrique Ortiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Cauan Sabóia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Gira EC's goal looked a bit too open when Jano Tande came free, but Charles Trancoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Hoffmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Trancoso having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

BOSA SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sydney Sabóia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gira EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for BOSA SC.
