Mauro Branco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jano Tande, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciro Hoffmann in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro Branco saved FC Holfinburg from getting behind. In the 23rd minute Jano Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Branco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes FC Holfinburg got a freekick which was hit by José Carlos Proença. BOSA SC's Jano Tande got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romeu de Barros during the 49th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to BOSA SC getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Romeu de Barros hit a great ball. In the 51st minute, Davi Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 52 minutes into the match, FC Holfinburg's Eurico Sampaio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

During the 63rd minute of the match Romeu de Barros completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Romeu de Barros a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, BOSA SC's Romeu de Barros got a free kick in the 64th minute. Ciro Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Ciro Hoffmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Davi Tróia was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 75 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, BOSA SC's Davi Tróia got a free kick in the 76th minute. Jano Tande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Branco having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, BOSA SC's Jano Tande sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mauro Branco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Velloso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cauan Sabóia was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 95th minute Ciro Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Branco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Holfinburg defense, Ciro Hoffmann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauro Branco. The FC Holfinburg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauro Branco should have stopped the shot. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
