Benedito Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Rubens Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guiomar AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Matheus Brasil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The goalkeeper, Rubens Maia, was totally fooled by Pacu's Ediberto Azevedo, who 99 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The Guiomar AD fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pacu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
