In the 13th minute Raimundo Cardoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fabiano Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Túlio Leme in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elivélton Costa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Luiz Fabiano Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Cardoso in the 16th minute of the match. A hard shot 21 in the game by Túlio Leme from a close distance when the talented Elivélton Costa managed to make a qualified save. Cucuruto da Vovó's players were relieved. Bigboss Uai Sôccer's Natanael de Andrade got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bigboss Uai Sôccer's Luiz Fabiano Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Cardoso in the 24th minute of play. After 25 minutes, Raimundo Cardoso made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bigboss Uai Sôccer's Luiz Fabiano Souza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Juan Magalhães came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Bigboss Uai Sôccer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Magalhães couldn't finish the play. Joel Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Túlio Leme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Bigboss Uai Sôccer's goal looked a bit too open when Egídio Diniz came free, but Luiz Fabiano Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Cucuruto da Vovó's goalkeeper Elivélton Costa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Magalhães. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Luís Fabiano Bertassi hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Cucuruto da Vovó's João Augusto Arósio got a free kick in the 55th minute. Ian Teles took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elivélton Costa. Cucuruto da Vovó's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luís Fabiano Bertassi's late challenge caught a Bigboss Uai Sôccer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Fabiano Bertassi helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes Cucuruto da Vovó got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fabiano Bertassi. Luiz Fabiano Souza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raimundo Cardoso went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 69 minutes into the game, Ronaldinho Meira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cucuruto da Vovó's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bigboss Uai Sôccer the free kick. Egídio Diniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Raimundo Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raimundo Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fabiano Souza having to interfere. Raimundo Cardoso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luiz Fabiano Souza came out and tried to block the shot, but Raimundo Cardoso slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 84th minute. Luiz Fabiano Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fabiano Bertassi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Cucuruto da Vovó's zone, Cléberson Alagoano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elivélton Costa came out of the goal and Cléberson Alagoano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Bigboss Uai Sôccer supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cucuruto da Vovó's performance. The match ended with a win for Cucuruto da Vovó.
