A collision led to Lustosa getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Paulão Fantini hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Régis de Toledo in the 6th minute of play forced Tubibus SC's goalkeeper Ian da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Ian da Costa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Juninho Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hudson Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Álvaro Cearenses short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Ian da Costa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Tubibus SC's Gilson do Nascimento got a free kick in the 19th minute. Tubibus SC's Ian da Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Tubibus SC from getting a goal against them. Álvaro Cearense might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ian da Costa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Álvaro Cearense ran back to his position shaking his head. Juninho Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hudson Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Álvaro Cearense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ian da Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanni Damião in the 39th minute of play. Régis de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian da Costa having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Tubibus SC's goal looked a bit too open when Régis de Toledo came free, but Ian da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Régis de Toledo to make the kick off. Ian da Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Régis de Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gugu da Cunha in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ian da Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Tubibus SC's Téo Massa got a free kick in the 68th minute. Ricardo Valle charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ricardo Valle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute Régis de Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian da Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ian da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Álvaro Cearense in the 81st minute of the match. Régis de Toledo took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ian da Costa. Ian da Costa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Juninho Lima made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Hudson Marinho sent off a good shot on target. Juninho Lima made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hudson Marinho in the 89th minute. Régis de Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Téo Massa kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lustosa had played much better football throughout.
