Iwo Zawadzki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Flarania's Jaime Cearense sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iwo Zawadzki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emanuel Frumușanu kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Iwo Zawadzki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Cearense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iwo Zawadzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Cearense in the 23rd minute of the match. Emanuel Frumușanu kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Emanuel Frumușanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jaime Cearense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Iwo Zawadzki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Flarania booed when Mavericks FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Frumușanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Mavericks FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Flarania were winning 0-2.

Nilmar Oliveira succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 51st playminute. In the 56th minute, Jaime Cearense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nilmar Oliveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Iwo Zawadzki made a huge save. In the 58th minute, Miguel Paes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oséas Quadros was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Nilmar Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Iwo Zawadzki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Cearense was extremely unlucky when he, in the 63rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Iwo Zawadzki made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Nilmar Oliveira sent off a good shot on target. Nilmar Oliveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iwo Zawadzki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Cearense in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Nilmar Oliveira made a precise shot to the right of Iwo Zawadzki. Mavericks FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. In the 83rd match minute, Flarania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Cearense to maneuver through the defense. Iwo Zawadzki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nilmar Oliveira in the 84th minute. Nilmar Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwo Zawadzki having to interfere. Zé Falcão kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Mavericks FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nilmar Oliveira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mavericks FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Delfim Moreira was slow to take the kick. During this time Flarania's players had a chance to rest. Delfim Moreira made a great header on Flarania's corner, it was just that Mavericks FC's Iwo Zawadzki managed to reach the ball for a save.
