An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovani Hoffmann in the 16th minute of play forced Galaticos F.C's goalkeeper Elder Luz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Galaticos F.C's Matheus Baiano got a free kick in the 18th minute. A collision led to Galaticos F.C getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. André Coutinho hit a great ball. Zé Paulo Nuness short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Elder Luz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 23 minutes into the match, Galaticos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paulo Nunes came free, but Elder Luz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Sílvio Luís Matorin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute André Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszek Gabis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Fortnite getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Tarcisio Barreto hit a great ball. Fortnite's Zbyszek Gabis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardinho Pombal in the 31st minute of play. Virgílio Schmidt hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fortnite's zone, Geovani Linares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbyszek Gabis came out of the goal and Geovani Linares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Galaticos F.C's Elder Luz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Galaticos F.C from getting a goal against them. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Geovani Linares made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Fortnite was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Paulo Nunes to maneuver through the defense. Fortnite's Zbyszek Gabis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Fortnite from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Fortnite getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Virgílio Schmidt hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Galaticos F.C defense, Giovani Hoffmann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elder Luz. The Galaticos F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elder Luz should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Zé Paulo Nunes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elder Luz was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Elder Luz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Paulo Nunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardinho Pombal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Zbyszek Gabis made a huge save. In the 73rd minute, Matheus Baiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aílton Vieira hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Galaticos F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fortnite.
