In the 4th minute, Betão Matorin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adriano Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Luan Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Betão Matorin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Genílson Abraão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Genílson Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Luciano Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Marreco FC's Aloísio Rodrigues got a free kick in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betão Matorin in the 25th minute of play forced Lightning McQueen's goalkeeper Luan Travassos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Adriano Mazza came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Marreco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adriano Mazza couldn't finish the play. Luan Travassos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano Mazza in the 36th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Marreco FC's Betão Matorin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luan Travassos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 46th minute Betão Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luan Travassos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luan Travassos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betão Matorin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Betão Matorin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marreco FC's Adriano Mazza got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aloísio Rodrigues hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Marreco FC's Luciano Leão got control of the ball when Elivélton Sena tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lightning McQueen's Luan Travassos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Mazza in the 69th minute of play. Luan Travassos came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Marreco FC's Betão Matorin. But to his dismay, Betão Matorin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Marreco FC's Betão Matorin got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adriano Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Luan Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Marreco FC were the better team. Marreco FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
