But to his dismay, Vicente Paes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Rolo Comp B's Aloísio da Costa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 19th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Rolo Comp B's Aloísio da Costa in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Igreja Batista Adonai's goalie prevented a goal. In the 37th minute Vicente Paes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Vides saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Igreja Batista Adonai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel da Mata to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Luiz Amaral managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Rolo Comp B's Aloísio da Costa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 46 minutes into the match, Igreja Batista Adonai's goalkeeper Luiz Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aloísio da Costa. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Aloísio da Costa made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Rolo Comp B booed when Igreja Batista Adonai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony França didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rdth minute of the game Aloísio da Costa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Igreja Batista Adonai's Luiz Amaral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aloísio da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Luiz Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Amaral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aloísio da Costa's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute Caco do Valle suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Rolo Comp B made a substitution. Pedro Luís Lima replaced Caco do Valle. In the 65th minute, Bebeto Bertassi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Guilherme Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. If Bernardinho Paraibano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 72nd minute Patrick Soeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Vides saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel da Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Aloísio da Costa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Amaral was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Luiz Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aloísio da Costa in the 89th minute of play. Vicente Paes's late challenge caught a Rolo Comp B's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Paes helped the player get up and apologised. 92 minutes into the match, Igreja Batista Adonai's goal looked a bit too open when Aloísio da Costa came free, but Luiz Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rolo Comp B fully deserved thier win.
