Luiz Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Romero in the 9th minute of play. Vicente Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Leão having to interfere. When Aloísio Rodrigues came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Marreco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aloísio Rodrigues couldn't finish the play. Vicente Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Luciano Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Soeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute Fábio Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Patrick Soeiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luciano Leão, 1-0. Bebeto Bertassi hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Fábio Romero took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Luiz Amaral to make any attempt to save it. Igreja Batista Adonai's Luiz Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Romero in the 62nd minute of play. Patrick Soeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Patrick Soeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Igreja Batista Adonai's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrick Soeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luciano Leão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonardo Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 88 minutes into the match, Marreco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Soeiro came free, but Luciano Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Marreco FC's Betão Matorin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Amaral narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Betão Matorin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
