Amauri Matorin struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Luan Travassos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chester FC. In the 5th match minute, Lightning McQueen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Tróia to maneuver through the defense. Luan Travassos made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Amauri Matorin sent off a good shot on target. Luan Travassos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerson Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lightning McQueen's zone, Gerson Batista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luan Travassos came out of the goal and Gerson Batista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute Gerson Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luan Travassos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diogo Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elivélton Sena in the 26th minute of the match. Wilson Pirani kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. The supporters of Lightning McQueen booed when Chester FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arí Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Genílson Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Diogo Soeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute of the match Pedro Luiz Campidelis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luan Travassos skillfully saved the ball. Alberto Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the match, Lightning McQueen's goal looked a bit too open when Gerson Batista came free, but Luan Travassos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Genílson Abraão made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Lightning McQueen's goal looked a bit too open when Amauri Matorin came free, but Luan Travassos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amauri Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luan Travassos having to interfere. A hard shot 57 in the game by Elivélton Sena from a close distance when the talented Diogo Soeiro managed to make a qualified save. Chester FC's players were relieved. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caio Vaz during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65thth minute of the game Gerson Batista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lightning McQueen's Luan Travassos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute, Waldemar Quintal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luan Travassos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerson Batista in the 66th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Amauri Matorin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chester FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Luan Travassos came out of the goal and Amauri Matorin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute, Amauri Matorin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chester FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 91 minutes into the match, Lightning McQueen's goal looked a bit too open when Amauri Matorin came free, but Luan Travassos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Chester FC booed when Lightning McQueen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Pedro Tepedino didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Amauri Matorin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amauri Matorin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chester FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
