Spectators: 7203 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kiko Andrade took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute of the match Reinaldo Borges sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dadá Bittencourt skillfully saved the ball. Kiko Andrade blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfredo Senna having to make a save. Diogo Vieira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Alfredo Senna managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Rosalandia's Kiko Andrade fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 9th minute, Jefferson Nóbrega left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bitumirim EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 11 played minutes Bitumirim EC got a freekick which was hit by Rogério Monteiro. Kiko Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kiko Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Senna having to interfere. After having played for 17 minutes, Kiko Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosalandia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kiko Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, Kiko Andrade ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Senna was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When Kiko Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Rosalandia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kiko Andrade couldn't finish the play. Rogério Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Rosalandia defense, Rogério Monteiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dadá Bittencourt. The Rosalandia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dadá Bittencourt should have stopped the shot. 40 minutes into the match, Bitumirim EC's goalkeeper Alfredo Senna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eduardo Cruz. 41 minutes into the game, Edvaldo Teles recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alfredo Senna. Edvaldo Teles showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Rogério Monteiro made the kick off in the second half. If Ricardo de Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredo Senna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kiko Andrade went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. If Ricardo de Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th match minute, Bitumirim EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arí Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo de Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Alfredo Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 75 played minutes Rosalandia got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Vieira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogério Monteiro in the 76th minute of play forced Rosalandia's goalkeeper Dadá Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Rogério Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bitumirim EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogério Monteiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dadá Bittencourt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Diogo Vieira fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosalandia's protests and gave Diogo Vieira a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rosalandia getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Diogo Vieira hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bitumirim EC's zone, Kiko Andrade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfredo Senna came out of the goal and Kiko Andrade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kiko Andrade in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredo Senna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jefferson Nóbrega kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Kiko Andrade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Rosalandia players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
