Marquinhos Pitta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kiko Andrade struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Marquinhos Pitta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rosalandia. 14 minutes into the match, Rosalandia's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Urbano came free, but Dadá Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramiro Urbano charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramiro Urbano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to LaranjoBH getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. After having played for 24 minutes, Cido Ferraz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosalandia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cido Ferraz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dadá Bittencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caio Souza in the 27th minute of play. Marco Lucas kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caio Souza in the 28th minute of play forced Rosalandia's goalkeeper Dadá Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Caio Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dadá Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Kaká de Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosalandia's Eduardo Cruz got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Rosalandia were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Caio Souza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bruno Tinoco took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dadá Bittencourt. Dadá Bittencourt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Dadá Bittencourt came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by LaranjoBH's Ramiro Urbano. But to his dismay, Ramiro Urbano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Dadá Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Rosalandia's Dadá Bittencourt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Urbano in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Caio Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dadá Bittencourt was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After a rather tough play, Rosalandia's Diogo Vieira got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute of the match Anderson Ramos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dadá Bittencourt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Kiko Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, LaranjoBH's Ramiro Urbano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dadá Bittencourt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Dadá Bittencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Tinoco in the 79th minute of play. After having played for 80 minutes, Caio Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LaranjoBH's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caio Souza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. LaranjoBH's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosalandia the free kick. Kiko Andrade didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 4-2 via right post in the game's 89th minute. Rosalandia's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 93rd minute Caio Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dadá Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dadá Bittencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Urbano in the 94th minute of the match. LaranjoBH were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rosalandia for a fine match.
