Marquinhos Pitta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredão Viana's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Alfredão Viana sped through LaranjoBH's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marquinhos Pitta. Alfredão Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Tinoco in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vânderson Sá, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 37th minute, LaranjoBH's Caio Souza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vânderson Sá. Vânderson Sá yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Marquinhos Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredão Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Tinoco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vânderson Sá made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Bruno Tinoco sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

A collision led to Chá Das 5 getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Giovanni Saldanha hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes LaranjoBH got a freekick which was hit by Geovani Negri. Chá Das 5's Vânderson Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caio Souza in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute Caio Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vânderson Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 76 played minutes LaranjoBH got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Urbano. The supporters of Chá Das 5 booed when LaranjoBH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caio Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. LaranjoBH's Caio Souza got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anderson Ramos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vânderson Sá read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Bruno Tinoco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Vânderson Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laércio Velasco hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 94thth minute of the game Bruno Tinoco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chá Das 5's Vânderson Sá was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ezequiel Vianna hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
