Clemente Camargo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Arlindo Melo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, Samuel Veloso notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Vargen's Juan Brasil. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Percival Donato managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vargen's supporters rose to their feet, but Percival Donato was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jakub Cerocki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Clemente Camargo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Brasil having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Clemente Camargo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Blahoželáme šampiónom walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
