In the 27th match minute, Fanaticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilian Velloso to maneuver through the defense. Alan de Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Anísio Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Brasília United MZ Team's zone, Lino Araújo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Fontes came out of the goal and Lino Araújo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serafim Bastos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Anísio Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brasília United MZ Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lino Araújo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 94th minute, Alan de Toledo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alan de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anísio Martins having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Brasília United MZ Team players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
