Spectators: 7215 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1647, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Telmo Fernandes made the kick off which started today's match. Clube Delta de Futebol's Denílson Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Telmo Fernandes in the 4th minute of play. Dida Moura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Clube Delta de Futebol's zone, Telmo Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denílson Romero came out of the goal and Telmo Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Genílson Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Teodoro Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd match minute, MilanEsa Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telmo Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. Dida Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Denílson Romero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Telmo Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 34 minutes into the game, Telmo Fernandes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Denílson Romero. Telmo Fernandes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Dida Moura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denílson Romero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Arthur Moraes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clube Delta de Futebol's Arthur Moraes got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, MilanEsa Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Moraes came free, but Teodoro Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Genílson Santana to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of MilanEsa Fc:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Clube Delta de Futebol:s goal. The goalkeeper, Teodoro Silva, was totally fooled by Clube Delta de Futebol's Severino Arce, who 53 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Dida Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. When Juarês Zanette came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the MilanEsa Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juarês Zanette couldn't finish the play. Arthur Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Silva having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Dida Moura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. MilanEsa Fc's Telmo Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Nando Santana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Telmo Fernandes in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denílson Romero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Telmo Fernandes took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denílson Romero. Denílson Romero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 84th minute, Genílson Santana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Dida Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 played minutes, Clube Delta de Futebol's Severino Arce shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Teodoro Silva came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Clube Delta de Futebol reached it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MilanEsa Fc fans cheered their team off the field, for while Clube Delta de Futebol had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
