Spectators: 6665 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 0) Durvalino da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Renan Tasso took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Renato Prestes. Renato Prestes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Moisés Gonçalves during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th minute, Moisés Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Baltazar Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Broca's zone, Moisés Gonçalves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvério Peres came out of the goal and Moisés Gonçalves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Renan Tasso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Broca's supporters rose to their feet, but Renan Tasso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renato Prestes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baltazar Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvério Peres having to interfere. When Tommy Schuts fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Broca's protests and gave Tommy Schuts a yellow card for diving instead. Renato Prestes came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Broca's Renan Tasso. But to his dismay, Renan Tasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Orindiuva EC's Renato Prestes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Tasso in the 43rd minute of play. Tommy Schuts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renato Prestes having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Fred Fernandez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Orindiuva EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Renan Tasso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Renan Tasso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 55 played minutes Orindiuva EC got a freekick which was hit by Fabinho Alcântara. After 57 played minutes, Broca's Tommy Schuts shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Renato Prestes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Broca reached it. Leandro Quirino hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Duda Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Broca's supporters rose to their feet, but Duda Carneiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renato Prestes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Tommy Schuts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvério Peres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moisés Gonçalves in the 78th minute of the match. Broca's Renan Tasso got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Tommy Schuts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Renan Tasso got free with Renato Prestes in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Perivaldo Ramos might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Renato Prestes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Perivaldo Ramos ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 89 minutes, Renan Tasso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Broca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renan Tasso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvério Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Durvalino da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Silvério Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltazar Neto in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltazar Neto in the 97th minute of play forced Broca's goalkeeper Silvério Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Broca's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
