The referee showed Wanderson Romero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reinaldo Cruz made a kick off. AfrcBR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amílton Guerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of FENIX FUTEBOL CLUB booed when AfrcBR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amílton Guerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Filipe da Costa fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FENIX FUTEBOL CLUB's protests and gave Filipe da Costa a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes FENIX FUTEBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Filipe da Costa. Victor Zanette recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cesinha Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amílton Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute.
