A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Possante de Jacó's Simão Pena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amauri Toledo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Marcelo Baiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, Samuel Cearense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in VSKG C.E.E.J's zone, Simão Pena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amauri Toledo came out of the goal and Simão Pena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Simão Pena got in the 16th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Amauri Toledo handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Simão Pena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amauri Toledo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in VSKG C.E.E.J's zone, Simão Pena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amauri Toledo came out of the goal and Simão Pena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Zé Augusto Carvalho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Jonas Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Baiano kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simão Pena in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amauri Toledo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Germano Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Possante de Jacó's Simão Pena got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Leonardo Cardoso notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of VSKG C.E.E.J's Amauri Toledo. Amauri Toledo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zé Augusto Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Toledo having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Simão Pena made the kick off in the second half. Amauri Toledo came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Possante de Jacó's Simão Pena. But to his dismay, Simão Pena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Zé Augusto Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Possante de Jacó's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Augusto Carvalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amauri Toledo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christiano Carneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Jonas Pirani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Cearense kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, José Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Possante de Jacó's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Maia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Rezende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Pirani in the 66th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Lucas Rezende successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Possante de Jacó's goalkeeper Lucas Rezende, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zé Augusto Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, Simão Pena made a precise shot to the right of Amauri Toledo. VSKG C.E.E.J's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Simão Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Possante de Jacó's supporters rose to their feet, but Simão Pena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amauri Toledo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Possante de Jacó's Zé Augusto Carvalho got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Possante de Jacó fully deserved thier win.
