Roberto Leal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavinho Munhoz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frédson Mendes in the 19th minute of play forced Sonserinos's goalkeeper Roberto Leal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto Leal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flavinho Munhoz went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 31 minutes into the game, Tupi F.C. JF's Fred Netto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto Leal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cléberson Soares during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Simão Moreno was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Sonserinos's Murillo Couto in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tupi F.C. JF's goalie prevented a goal. César Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tupi F.C. JF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
