Spectators: 7229 (Terracing: 5423, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Narciso Vaz kicked off to start the match. JanZan's Eduardo da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiko Simão in the 7th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Libanesa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho Pitta to maneuver through the defense. Frederico Pena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo da Silveira having to interfere. Eduardo da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kiko Simão, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After a rather tough play, JanZan's Gabriel Correia got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Libanesa's Celso Barros tried to score from far away in the 23rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldão Prestes in the 26th minute of play forced Libanesa's goalkeeper Alfredinho Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Kiko Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Libanesa's zone, Narciso Vaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfredinho Cardozo came out of the goal and Narciso Vaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frederico Pena made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Narciso Vaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredinho Cardozo. Libanesa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Narciso Vaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 54 minutes into the match, Libanesa's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldão Prestes came free, but Alfredinho Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kiko Simão's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Eduardo da Silveira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alfredinho Cardozo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Vaz in the 61st minute of play. After having played for 64 minutes, Ronaldão Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JanZan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldão Prestes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredinho Cardozo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldão Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 97thth minute of the game Ronaldão Prestes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Libanesa's Alfredinho Cardozo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. JanZan were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Libanesa for a fine match.
