Tsunami Boreal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcel Mendonça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eduardo da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Marcel Mendonça who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Eduardo da Silveira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Tsunami Boreal FC's Marcel Mendonça in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye JanZan's goalie prevented a goal. The Tsunami Boreal FC fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Tsunami Boreal FC's Marcel Mendonça looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Marcel Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. JanZan's Eduardo da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Mendonça in the 23rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Paes during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tsunami Boreal FC's João Paes got a free kick in the 30th minute. Tsunami Boreal FC's Dorian Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eduardo da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, JanZan's Nelson de Sousa got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Tsunami Boreal FC's Oséas Pirani couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 44th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for JanZan. With a little luck, JanZan's Eduardo da Silveira got control of the ball when Marcel Mendonça tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ronaldão Prestes made the kick off in the second half. Eduardo da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narciso Vaz kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcel Mendonça in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduardo da Silveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ronaldão Prestes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barnaba Ogrodowicz having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Marcel Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Tsunami Boreal FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. João Paes hit a great ball. Tsunami Boreal FC's Oséas Pirani got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Eduardo Rezende in the 77th minute of play forced JanZan's goalkeeper Eduardo da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee ignored JanZan's protests and gave Nelson de Sousa a yellow card for diving instead. Sebastião de Andrade took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eduardo da Silveira. JanZan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luís Eduardo Rezende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo da Silveira having to interfere. When Tsunami Boreal FC's Marcel Mendonça in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the referee ended the match the Tsunami Boreal FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
