Geolandia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maurício Gomes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Enrique Salles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frédson Koehler in the 29th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Geolandia's Mathias Pernambucano got a free kick in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frédson Koehler in the 36th minute of play forced Geolandia's goalkeeper Enrique Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Maurício Gomes notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Geolandia's Enrique Salles. Enrique Salles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Despite this Enrique Salles quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
