Dedê Ribeiro came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Jota P Assis's Matheus Veiga. But to his dismay, Matheus Veiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Dedê Ribeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Vides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Futebol Club Desportivo's Dedê Ribeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matheus Veiga in the 21st minute of play. In the 26th minute Thiago Vides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedê Ribeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Jota P Assis getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Thiago Vides hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thiago Vides got free with Dedê Ribeiro in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute, Thiago Vides reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dedê Ribeiro. The goal made the score 0-6. If Betinho de Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute.
