In the 13th minute of the match, Décio Moura tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tiago Gabriel Saldanha saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Júlio Peres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Décio Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Gabriel Saldanha having to interfere. Ana maria's Miguel Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmyr Miranda in the 22nd minute of play. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Arrojado F.C! Luís Fernando Sabóia shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Décio Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Arrojado F.C booed when Ana maria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gildo Nóbrega didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michel Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Miguel Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ana maria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arrojado F.C the free kick. Robinho Neiva hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute of the match Evaristo Schmidt sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Miguel Esteves skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Peres in the 63rd minute of play forced Arrojado F.C's goalkeeper Tiago Gabriel Saldanha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ana maria booed when Arrojado F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Fabiano Rezende didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Júlio Peres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ana maria's supporters rose to their feet, but Júlio Peres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiago Gabriel Saldanha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute, Noel Moraes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ana maria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. A collision led to Ana maria getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Noel Moraes hit a great ball. Décio Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Júlio Peres struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Tiago Gabriel Saldanha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ana maria. Tiago Gabriel Saldanha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Júlio Peres's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. When the referee ended the match the Ana maria players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
