Spectators: 6653 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Válter Moura started the match with the kick off. Ramón Reis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugo Tavares's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Hugo Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Betão Mendonça managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Mamoes EC's Délio Vieira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 10th minute, Thiago Vides got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Jota P Assis's Hugo Tavares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramón Reis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After having played for 28 minutes, Válter Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mamoes EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Válter Moura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 31 played minutes Jota P Assis got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Maia. Thiago Vides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Thiago Vides had to leave the field with a concussion. Wilson de Souza charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilson de Souza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jota P Assis's Rômulo Meirelles was substituted for Thiago Vides. Gabriel Maia fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 40th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Tavares in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramón Reis saved Mamoes EC from getting behind. If Matheus Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ramón Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Hugo Tavares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ramón Reis had great luck who in the 62ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Hugo Tavares from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Rômulo Meirelles's late challenge caught a Mamoes EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rômulo Meirelles helped the player get up and apologised. Matheus Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ramón Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mamoes EC's Wilson de Souza got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The long shot by Hugo Tavares in the 83rd minute really tested Ramón Reis's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Matheus Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jota P Assis's Betão Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Délio Vieira in the 93rd minute of play. Serginho Cerezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramón Reis having to interfere. The Mamoes EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jota P Assis were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
