Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Décio Moura in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dedê Ribeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Júlio Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Dedê Ribeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Dedê Ribeiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 95th play minute Júlio Peres came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dedê Ribeiro. 0-7. The Ana maria supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ana maria would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
