In the 12th minute Fernandão Siqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Túlio Miranda took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Araújo. Igor Araújo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Igor Araújo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernandão Siqueira's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The audience was convinced that Túlio Miranda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Igor Araújo was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. With a little luck, Marmita Azeda FC's Yan Garcia got control of the ball when Didi Tepedino tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Nacional Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Túlio Miranda came free, but Igor Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Fernandão Siqueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 33 minutes into the match, Nacional Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandão Siqueira came free, but Igor Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nacional Futebol Clube's Igor Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernandão Siqueira in the 35th minute of play. If Túlio Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Guilherme Azevedo to make the kick off. In the 64th minute, Fernandão Siqueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fernandão Siqueira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Igor Araújo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Túlio Miranda in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Araújo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Guilherme Azevedo in the 75th minute of play forced Marmita Azeda FC's goalkeeper Yan Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Marmita Azeda FC's Yuri Pontes got a free kick in the 75th minute. Didi Tepedino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yan Garcia having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Yuri Pontes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marmita Azeda FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nacional Futebol Clube the free kick. After 78 played minutes Marmita Azeda FC got a freekick which was hit by Yuri Pontes. With a little luck, Nacional Futebol Clube's Igor Araújo got control of the ball when Fernandão Siqueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 84th minute, Nacional Futebol Clube's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fernandão Siqueira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Igor Araújo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Túlio Miranda's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Túlio Miranda in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Igor Araújo saved Nacional Futebol Clube from getting behind. The Nacional Futebol Clube fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Marmita Azeda FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
