Rony Leite shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Paraiso's Franklin Arantes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Paraiso from getting a goal against them. If Renato de Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anselmo Abreu to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Paraiso's Zé Pedro Netto got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52ndth minute of the game Renato de Castro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraiso's Franklin Arantes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. BRASILIENSE FC's Bernardo Secco got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Renato de Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Franklin Arantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tião Alcântara hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Rubinho Domingues put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Franklin Arantes. In the 96th minute, Samuel Branco made a precise shot to the right of Franklin Arantes. Paraiso's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. BRASILIENSE FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
