Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Samuca Rezende got the match started through his kick off. Franklin Arantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuca Rezende in the 3rd minute of the match. Samuca Rezende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franklin Arantes having to interfere. In the 10th match minute, Pocoyo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beto Quirino to maneuver through the defense. Sílvio Vides charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sílvio Vides the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Sílvio Vides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franklin Arantes came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Pocoyo FC's Samuca Rezende. But to his dismay, Samuca Rezende quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The Paraiso fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Paraiso's José Carlos Tande looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 21 played minutes, Pocoyo FC's Tarcisio Tepedino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Franklin Arantes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pocoyo FC reached it. Anselmo Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Dalmo Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franklin Arantes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Samuca Rezende showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 31 minute of play. Tião Alcântara's late challenge caught a Pocoyo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tião Alcântara helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Paraiso's Tião Alcântara got a free kick in the 39th minute. Samuca Rezende in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Franklin Arantes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Paraiso's Franklin Arantes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Paraiso from getting a goal against them. After 43 minutes, Zé Pedro Netto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paraiso and the Pocoyo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pocoyo FC booed when Paraiso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Pedro Netto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paraiso's Franklin Arantes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tales Carvalho in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anselmo Abreu to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Beto Quirino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pocoyo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Beto Quirino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franklin Arantes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rdth minute of the game Samuca Rezende who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraiso's Franklin Arantes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Beto Quirino came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Pocoyo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beto Quirino couldn't finish the play. If Samuca Rezende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalmo Leal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Abreu in the 61st minute of the match. José Carlos Tande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Dalmo Leal made a huge save. José Carlos Tande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. José Carlos Tande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuca Rezende in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franklin Arantes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Franklin Arantes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuca Rezende's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuca Rezende in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franklin Arantes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 86 minutes into the match, Alessandro Oliveira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Franklin Arantes. Paraiso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alessandro Oliveira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After 94 minutes, Tales Carvalho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pocoyo FC and the Paraiso players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Paraiso booed when Pocoyo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tales Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Pocoyo FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
