Sidney Quadros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Ulisses Pires made a huge save. In the 7th match minute, AC Wolves was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silas Lara to maneuver through the defense. Amanhece's Paulo Siqueira couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AC Wolves. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidnei Capixaba in the 10th minute of play forced AC Wolves's goalkeeper Andrézinho Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 played minutes AC Wolves got a freekick which was hit by Zézinho Arruda. If Sidnei Capixaba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrézinho Domingues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enéas Pimenta, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. If Enéas Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Amanhece's Enéas Pimenta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andrézinho Domingues narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nilson Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Amanhece getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Paulo Siqueira hit a great ball. A hard shot by Rafael Romero from long distance, 28 minutes into the match, got Ulisses Pires's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Dorival Fantini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ulisses Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 36 in the game by Dorival Fantini from a close distance when the talented Ulisses Pires managed to make a qualified save. Amanhece's players were relieved. If Dorival Fantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, AC Wolves's Sidney Quadros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulisses Pires narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44th match minute, Amanhece was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidnei Capixaba to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute, Sidney Quadros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulisses Pires was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

58 minutes into the game, Dorival Fantini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ulisses Pires was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 60 minutes, Duda Maranhense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Wolves and the Amanhece players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Amanhece booed when AC Wolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duda Maranhense didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorival Fantini took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulisses Pires. Ulisses Pires dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Sidney Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of AC Wolves booed when Amanhece was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Vaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sidnei Capixaba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrézinho Domingues having to interfere. A collision led to AC Wolves getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nilson Paiva hit a great ball. In the 79th match minute, Amanhece was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enéas Pimenta to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Enéas Pimenta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amanhece's supporters rose to their feet, but Enéas Pimenta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrézinho Domingues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 84 minutes, Enéas Pimenta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amanhece's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enéas Pimenta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sidney Quadros blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ulisses Pires having to make a save. Enéas Pimenta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, AC Wolves's Andrézinho Domingues got control of the ball when Sidnei Capixaba tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AC Wolves fans cheered their team off the field, for while Amanhece had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
