Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eliézer Santana took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Eliézer Santana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gracismoes's Edvaldo Botelho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edvaldo Botelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliézer Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute, Brama's Jorginho de Brito seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jorginho de Brito the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Brama protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jorginho de Brito had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Claudinei Figueiredo placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Falcão Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, Brama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Simões to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Gracismoes's Sílvio Mendonça got a free kick in the 17th minute. Edvaldo Botelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliézer Santana in the 19th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Brama got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Veiga. 24 minutes into the match, Brama's Olívio Alves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edvaldo Botelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edvaldo Botelho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliézer Santana's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliézer Santana in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvaldo Botelho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliézer Santana in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvaldo Botelho saved Gracismoes from getting behind. The supporters of Brama booed when Gracismoes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toninho de Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Gracismoes's Elói da Rocha got a free kick in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jarbas Gonçalves made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Olívio Alves reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edvaldo Botelho. The goal made the score 0-1. 54 minutes into the match, Eliézer Santana notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Gracismoes's Edvaldo Botelho. Edvaldo Botelho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th match minute, Gracismoes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarbas Gonçalves to maneuver through the defense. Vladimir Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luiz Tasso in the 64th minute of the match. Edvaldo Botelho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliézer Santana in the 87th minute. Eliézer Santanas short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Edvaldo Botelho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eliézer Santana's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Edvaldo Botelho skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Falcão Tepedino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Edvaldo Botelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brama played a much better game than Gracismoes and deserved their victory. The Gracismoes players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
