In the 20th minute, Sílvio Luiz de Lara made a precise shot to the right of Zé Cerezo. Destemido Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. When Dino Quirino came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Destemido Fc fans jumped to their feet. Destemido Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LEMORES FC the free kick. After 30 played minutes Destemido Fc got a freekick which was hit by Sydney Leme. In the 33rd minute Cauã Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Cerezo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 played minutes Destemido Fc got a freekick which was hit by Sydney Leme. Zé Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Antunes in the 44th minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cauã Borges stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as LEMORES FC's Luís Antunes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zé Cerezo. That made the score 2-3 after 64 minutes of play. In the 73rd play minute Sílvio Luiz de Lara came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zé Cerezo. 2-4. Ismael Marques charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Zé Cerezo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 94th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Serginho Barreto. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched LEMORES FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
