Tranqueira's Tomé Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ediberto dos Santos in the 73rd minute of play. Raí Hermes hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute Ediberto dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomé Mattos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Tranqueira getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Tadeu Santana hit a great ball. Ciro Rosado struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Juan Prata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tranqueira. After 87 played minutes Limoeiro got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Araújo. Tadeu Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
