The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Veloso was the one to do the kick off. Ediberto dos Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Gonçalo Coutinho made a huge save. Silvério Rossi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Gonçalo Coutinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ama-gi's Gonçalo Coutinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Ama-gi from getting a goal against them. In the 60thth minute of the game Ediberto dos Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ama-gi's Gonçalo Coutinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Limoeiro's zone, Edmundo Veloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Prata came out of the goal and Edmundo Veloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 64 minutes, Edmundo Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
