The crowd rose to their feet as Abelardo Coutinho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Claudinei da Mata. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. A collision led to Acoriana getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Raphael Gonçalves hit a great ball. Elói França scored 2-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudinei da Mata, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fábio Corrêa in the 23rd minute of play forced Acoriana's goalkeeper Claudinei da Mata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Acoriana's Claudinei da Mata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fábio Corrêa in the 24th minute of play. Elói França fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei da Mata having to interfere. Marcelinho Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Luiz Fábio Corrêa in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Claudinei da Mata, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. João Augusto Gomes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Claudinei da Mata made a huge save. In the 43rd minute Luiz Fábio Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vulgo5hs's Yuri do Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Cardoso in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Hermínio Fernandez made the kick off in the second half. Elói França recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Fábio Corrêa in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudinei da Mata saved Acoriana from getting behind. After some careless play in the Acoriana defense, Sandro Tepedino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudinei da Mata. The Acoriana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudinei da Mata should have stopped the shot. After 59 played minutes Vulgo5hs got a freekick which was hit by Elói França. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luiz Fábio Corrêa in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinei da Mata prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Giuseppe das Neves hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Luiz Fábio Corrêa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The long shot by Igor Berger in the 74th minute really tested Yuri do Valle's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 75 minutes into the match, Acoriana's goal looked a bit too open when Elói França came free, but Claudinei da Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Fábio Corrêa in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudinei da Mata saved Acoriana from getting behind. Renatinho Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Raphael Gonçalves's late challenge caught a Vulgo5hs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raphael Gonçalves helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Vulgo5hs booed when Acoriana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Fábio Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei da Mata having to interfere. Vulgo5hs's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
