Rômulo Custódio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Caetano Pitta. Synthroid Football Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Raí Hermes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Caetano Pitta was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. 16 minutes into the match, Synthroid Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Dieguinho da Fonseca came free, but Caetano Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Danilo Figueiredo during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Raí Hermes sped through Synthroid Football Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Caetano Pitta. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raí Hermes was the one to do the kick off. The Synthroid Football Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Limoeiro were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
