A collision led to Synthroid Football Club getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Franklin Antunes hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elói França in the 20th minute of play forced Synthroid Football Club's goalkeeper Caetano Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Synthroid Football Club fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! The audience was convinced that Luiz Fábio Corrêa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Caetano Pitta was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Fábio Corrêa in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Caetano Pitta saved Synthroid Football Club from getting behind. Vulgo5hs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by João Augusto Gomes in the 34th minute. A nice corner shot did that João Augusto Gomes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Caetano Pitta quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 36 minutes into the game, Vulgo5hs's Luiz Fábio Corrêa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Caetano Pitta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 39th minute, Elói França got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franklin Antunes was the one to do the kick off. Abelardo Coutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caetano Pitta having to interfere. After having played for 65 minutes, Luiz Fábio Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vulgo5hs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fábio Corrêa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zé Paulo Koehler hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Vulgo5hs's João Augusto Gomes got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute Abelardo Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caetano Pitta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caetano Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Corrêa in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Elói França ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Caetano Pitta was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Luiz Fábio Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caetano Pitta having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Breno Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Luiz Fábio Corrêa put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Caetano Pitta. Franklin Antunes hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Synthroid Football Club's Caetano Pitta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Synthroid Football Club from getting a goal against them. Yuri do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Saldanha in the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute of the match Zé Paulo Koehler sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yuri do Valle skillfully saved the ball.
