Spectators: 6494 (Terracing: 5494, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Maicon Freitas kicked off to start the match. If Maicon Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dráusio Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldão Vergílio in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Maicon Freitas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Inhapi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 11th minute, Maicon Freitas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dráusio Loyola was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 19th minute, Maicon Freitas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dráusio Loyola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldão Vergílio in the 22nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maicon Freitas in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dráusio Loyola saved Indiarana from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Indiarana's zone, Ronaldão Vergílio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dráusio Loyola came out of the goal and Ronaldão Vergílio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute Maicon Freitas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dráusio Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maicon Freitas in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dráusio Loyola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes into the match, Maicon Freitas notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Indiarana's Dráusio Loyola. Dráusio Loyola was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maicon Freitas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dráusio Loyola having to make a save. Otávio Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ronaldão Vergílio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Dráusio Loyola made a huge save. Ronaldão Vergílio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dráusio Loyola having to interfere. Dráusio Loyola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osmar Souza came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Indiarana's Otávio Zonta. But to his dismay, Otávio Zonta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When Ronaldão Vergílio came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Inhapi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldão Vergílio couldn't finish the play. Ronaldão Vergílio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Dráusio Loyola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugênio Pernambucano's late challenge caught a Indiarana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugênio Pernambucano helped the player get up and apologised. 92 minutes into the game, Ronaldão Vergílio lined in a short shot 1-4 behind a frustrated Dráusio Loyola. After 96 minutes, Rafa Velloso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Inhapi and the Indiarana players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 96 played minutes Inhapi got a freekick which was hit by Rafa Velloso. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Inhapi walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
