When Gilson Sabóia fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Macava AD's protests and gave Gilson Sabóia a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Macava AD's Gilson Sabóia got a free kick in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Parisi EC's Michel Santana broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 32 minutes into the game, Daniel Tinoco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of André Luiz Cruz. Daniel Tinoco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Gualter Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Parisi EC's goalkeeper Gualter Brito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Christiano Seco made the kick off in the second half. If Daniel Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th match minute, Macava AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Reis to maneuver through the defense. Parisi EC's Rogério Messias got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Parisi EC's Daniel Tinoco in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Macava AD's goalie prevented a goal. In the 59th minute, Artur Félix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Macava AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After having played for 63 minutes, Christiano Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macava AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christiano Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christiano Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Parisi EC's Michel Santana got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 78th minute Christiano Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualter Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogério Messias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute of the match Michel Santana sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but André Luiz Cruz skillfully saved the ball. André Luiz Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Simão in the 90th minute of the match. Daniel Tinoco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Parisi EC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
