The referee ignored PapaXota's protests and gave Válbson Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th minute Orlando Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Recife saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Décio Recife showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Teixeira in the 15th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Rubens Viana could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Décio Recife however easily saved by the left post. 18 minutes into the match, Orlando Teixeira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Décio Recife, 3-0. Décio Recife was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Orlando Teixeira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
