An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidnei Palmeira in the 3rd minute of play forced Moleque Mimado's goalkeeper Wesley Valladares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Moleque Mimado defense, Sidnei Palmeira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wesley Valladares. The Moleque Mimado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wesley Valladares should have stopped the shot. Wesley Valladares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oswaldo Vieira in the 8th minute of play. Kléberson Ceresso made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Moleque Mimado's Luiz Paulo Mattos. After 18 played minutes Moleque Mimado got a freekick which was hit by Kauan de Andrade. Sidnei Palmeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Wesley Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sidnei Palmeira in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wesley Valladares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25thth minute of the game Luizinho Neiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mabedery's Vágner Pena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mabedery's goalkeeper Vágner Pena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luizinho Neiva struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Vágner Pena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moleque Mimado. Eliézer Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Vágner Pena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Wanderson Cardozo in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Moleque Mimado's Eliézer Pirani. Luizinho Neiva received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vágner Pena came out and tried to block the shot, but Luizinho Neiva slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 34th minute. Eliézer Pirani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tostão de Queirós took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vágner Pena. Mabedery's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 46th minute of the match Perivaldo de Senna shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vágner Pena showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sidnei Palmeira made a kick off. Sidnei Palmeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Wesley Valladares made a huge save. After having played for 57 minutes, Luizinho Neiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moleque Mimado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luizinho Neiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Moleque Mimado booed when Mabedery was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiliam Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vágner Pena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luizinho Neiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. If Luizinho Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliézer Pirani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vágner Pena having to interfere. Luizinho Neiva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vágner Pena having to make a save. When Luizinho Neiva came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Moleque Mimado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luizinho Neiva couldn't finish the play. If Luizinho Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Mabedery's zone, Norberto Macedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vágner Pena came out of the goal and Norberto Macedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 84 minutes into the game, Mabedery's Oswaldo Vieira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wesley Valladares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wiliam Monteiro got free with Wesley Valladares in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliézer Pirani in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vágner Pena saved Mabedery from getting behind. In the 91st minute, Wiliam Monteiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wesley Valladares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Luizinho Neiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vágner Pena having to interfere. Although Moleque Mimado had been in control for most of the match, Mabedery still came away with the win.
